Emotional Regulation and Energy Management for Academic Success with Briana Wyatt

In this interactive workshop, students will discover straightforward strategies for enhancing their academic success by prioritizing both high performance and well-being. Through practical exercises, students will learn to enhance their self-awareness, reduce stress, and effectively manage their energy, empowering them to navigate academic and life pressures with greater ease. This workshop teaches skills to improve physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being so that students can achieve sustainable academic success.
